Thank you!
May I share with you that you and the staff at 1st international are ABSOLUTELY the warmest, kindest folks I have EVER had the pleasure to meet on ANY internet site I have ever visited and required support help! From the chat representatives to the telephone representatives and yourselves in management, your attitudes, service and pure human nature are the most impeccable, kind, caring and accommodating models of integrity and pleasantness I have EVER had the privilege to work with!
I am so thankful that I have had the privilege of meeting every single person I have dealt with at your organization and that I am so blessed to be able to write this short letter of appreciation and commendation, an experience I have NEVER had the awesome pleasure to write to any other organization I have dealt with. Diana, this goes way beyond just my internet dealings. During my career I was a senior level executive at a world wide corporate organization and dealt with many national as well as international firms and service providers. Not one, not a single one Diana could I compare to the gracious, hospitable, problem solving and accommodating beautiful nature of you and the staff at your organization.
If it is at all possible that you could provide me the information of whom I may direct a letter such as this to someone of highest authority at your firm I would greatly appreciate it! If you are not able to release this contact information then perhaps you may be able to forward it directly to the individual(s) you deem appropriate? Many times all that is communicated is when a customer is unsatisfied or has some gripe to express and it would mean so much to me to know that the executives know how excellent, even beyond excellent, those lower in the hierarchy of the organization are performing and how much it is appreciated and the gratefulness of your customers.
This letter of commendation is free to publish, post or even advertise without any hesitancy from myself and I waive any and all issues of liabilities and agree to hold harmless 1st international from any actions by myself or anyone representing me. I trust this will satisfy any legal concerns regarding the use of this letter of commendation if it is so desired.
